Many part-time or evening MBA students have their tuition paid for by their employer. Is an MBA education firm-specific or general training? Given your answer, how do you explain this practice? What arrangements or contractual terms do you predict that such firms will try to impose in these cases?
Hi
The answer of the following question are as follows :
So according to the best of my knowledge MBA degree is a a very much professional degree in the field of business and in this era of globalisation we need as many as much good MBA degree holders in holding our business in a strategic and in a good way ie professional way and to have a scientific temperament in our organisation.
Now coming to the second part of the question.
These days many youngsters are thinking or opting for a executive MBA or a part time MBA in order to have a good managerial skills.
So it also have many pro and cons. Such as these days MBA education is a bit expensive and competitive too so many students starts to gain some sponsorship from their so that they can opt for MBA without lending a loan and then have to pay heavy amount of interest for the rest 3-5 years or maybe more.
So students prefer to have a sponsorship , many employers give these types of sponsorship on the agreement that after you have to work for our organisation for that much particular years. And all that .
So in the end we can say that it's a good and economical practice these days but according to the survey by many private agencies we have found that only merely 25-30 % found these types of sponsorship hence it is a bit competitive too.
I hope I have served the purpose well
Thanks.
