By this meaningful use measure we should adopt measures to improve quality and efficacy of health care providing.For this all providers should work as a unit to improve the quality.It can also make use of HIT to get easily assess to the patients informations.Engaging patients and families means they should be given necessary information regarding the condition of the patient and make sure that the families provide the patient with necessary care.Families had an important role in providing the patient with a desire to recover faster and patient centered care providing thus lowers the burden to medical system.
