Nuclear envelope is also made up of phospholipid bilayer has outer and inner membrane. This is not a continuous membrane has a pores between them used to transport of molecules like RNA, Transcription factor, etc.

Endoplasmic reticulum - It is continuous with nucleus where the mRNA is transport from nucleus to RER where protein synthesis is take place.Ribosomes binds with ER is called Rough ER. With out ribosome is called smooth ER where lipid biosynthesis take place.

Golgi apparatus - The proteins are carried by vesicles from RER to golgi. Here processing of protein take place. Addition of glucose to protein molecules - glycosylation occurs here. After processing it is packed in secretory vesicles and move to the respective place of the cells like plasma membrane or outside of the cell.

Lysosomes - It is circular and contain highly hydrolytic enzyme. The pH is acidic in nature upto 5. It degrade proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, cellular debris etc.

Vacuoles - It is in oval shape 90% of the vacuole occupied by water.
