Google is a multinational corporation that is specialized in internet-driven services and products like cloud computing, search engine, software, and hardware. Google maps is such one software product that helps people to view the real time traffic on streets, view the realtime location of people and also helps in navigation when one is visiting to some unknown place.

Some private and third party organizations depend heavily on google for location services or the satellite images. Various satellite views are combined in order to get a complete and detailed view of out entire earth. Google earth can take us as far as the street view of our home.

Google maps navigation system is one of the complex systems although it may look so simple. It gets sophisticated as we go in details of its implementation and working. It also requires the permission of various governments authorities and collaboration of various private companies all across the globe.

Google Earth is another software that makes use of satellite images and is very accurate in terms of constructing 3d images of the surroundings.
