Those 20 samples which represent job satisfaction are:
1) open communication in the team
2) Work life balance.
3) Type of project they are working on
4) Any new other learning opportunities.
5) Are they given extra responsibilities for their knowledge expansion.
6) Is there any family day or any such day dedicated to family by the company.
7) Arey they getting quality projects to work upon.
8) The environment in the company,is it friendly or has political nature.
9) Are there any facilities for women pick or drop during late working hours.
10) Are women given responsibility to do work from option if they when their kids are small.
11) Is the company expanding as the years pass.
12) What are the extra facilities for recreation given such as canteen, gym.
13) Are they getting paid over time if they work for more hours.
14) Is the transit peaceful when someone is leaving the company.
15) Are they also provided new softwares to learn.
16) Are the community festivals celebrated in school? Those things help in team building.
17) What is the escalation matrix, can a person skip immediate bboss and can complain about him to boss above his boss.

20) Is the promotion cycle fair enough?
