2. Job satisfaction will motivate the individuals for doing their work or job in a regular manner controlling the absenteeism in the employees. Hence, job satisfaction will decrease absenteeism, thus, is negativily correlated to absenteeism.

3. Adjourning stage occurs when the group has achieved its aim. Most of the group dissolves at this stage. However, some groups do exist even after the aim is achieved but still the bonds continue to weaken and are not as strong as before this stage.

Those groups that able to solve their conflicts are successful in carrying out their tasks successfully and achieve their aims.
