Industrial psychology.

I am supposed to desgin motivational intervention that improves job satisfaction, improves job performance, reduces job stress, and reduces turnover. This intervention can, and should, include multiple parts, as it’s unlikely that one change will provide a solution to all four problems.

- describe the intervention in detail. What changes will be made to the organization and/or the job itself? How will the intervention be implemented?

- Use at least three work motivation theories (can also use theories related to job stress and/or work attitudes and emotions) to explain why this intervention will improve job satisfaction, improve job performance, reduce job stress, and reduce turnover.

Mc cleland need theory states that needs are acquired by events that people experience in their soceity or environment and high need achievers set goals with difficult tasks, and it is a behaviour directed towards excellence in task.

Argyris Theory states that personality has an effect and management practices and organizational settings largely contribute to the perfomance of an individual.

Write at least 20 sample items that represent the construct (Job satisfaction) that I am planning to measure. You may construct negatively-worded items, but indicate these in a chart or table. If the construct you choose has two or more dimensions under it, write sample items indicating which items fall under which dimension. (See for example, the Life Position Scale that contained four dimensions I’m OK etc. at first, but after factor analysis the dimensions reduced to two—I and You.)Write...

I was wondering if I was doing a conversion right. I am supposed to take aqueous HNO3 with a density of 1.42 g/mL and a mass percent of solution of 70% and convert that into molarity. Would the correct conversion be to take 70 g of HNO3 over 100 g of H2O multiplied by 1 mol HNO3 over 63.01 g HNO3 (the molar mass) and then multiply that by 1 g H2O over 0.001 L of H2O to get the...
