Globalization: - It is integration of trade, economies, technology and culture. Organization looking to expand from their home countries to the world. For such expansion they need to focus on how things can be flourish internationally. Due to acute pressure of slow economies companies looking to expand their business in the market where the possibility of margins is large.
Cultural Diversity: - Cultural diversity must be accepted in the era of globalization where the culture among cities are being spread. People from different countries, having different Art, Heritage, language, Cuisines and customs & festivals are living in the global village together.
Intercultural Communication: - It is the communication between the two people & group or teams from different culture. It is not just related to the language we speak but how well we gel with other people from the different people. Organizations are learning this. They try to understand their culture more deeply, like their food, festivals, and their history. They must understand how the treatment must be among the people to communicate more meaningfully. For example: McDonalds is offering the burgers which have Indian name, taste and showing the advertisement as it is really delivering the required.
