general question for validation system
1.Describe what is function configuration Audit
please answer this question nice and neat (one Page or more Please)
A Functional Configuration Audit (FCA) audits the functional characteristics of the configured product and verifies that the product has met the functionality and performance is consistent with the relevant requirements. This audit is held before the product delivery to verify that all requirements specified have been met.
For large and complex systems, the audits are done in increments. Each increment will address a specific area of the system and any discrepancies that are found in the performance capabilities of that increment will be documented. After all of the increments have been completed, a final FCA may be held to address the status of all of the action items that have been identified by the incremental meetings and to document the status of the FCA for the system in the minutes and certifications. In this way, the audit is effectively accomplished with a minimum of complications.
If audit is ignored than final product may be missing in some features or it may lack stability. Customer in this case can sue the developer. It may cost a lot of money to the developer. It should not be ignored.
