First step: should be to understand the way customer is going to interact at the website and the behavioral aspect of the customers when they are active. Customer identification is going to be the most critical first step in the whole designing process of interactive services.
Second step: For what reason customers are going to have interactive service at the website it must be understood well.
Third step: what would be the probable questions or concern they might have in their mind and try to incorporate those aspects strategically in the design element of interactive services.
Fourth step: The organizational objective must be strategically integrated in the interactive services.
Fifth step: The interactive service should be made intelligent and focused on the customer need and the reason for which customer is interacting on the website.
Sixth Step: Interaction as well as the user interface for the interactive service must enhance the UX.
Seventh Step: The flow of interaction should be goal driven therefore it must be considered in the design element of the interactive services.
Eighth step: At last the whole design should be consistent with the design element of the BMW.
