  • Increment in salary.

Employer must recognise employees work and motivate them by giving hike in their salary. This will make more productivity and will achieve the goals.

  • Good working condition

Employer must give their employee good working condition. They should be created good in their working hours.

  • Leave salary

Employee must be given leave salary, this will be a loss to income, but it will make employee fit and healthy. If an employee is having some health problem and he is forced to complete the work, he will do it with the effect of force and this will make him hatred to the work. This will lead to poor productivity

  • Help them to solve their problems

If an employee is facing any problem in office, kindly solve them with good initiative. This will make employees mind refresh and peaceful.

  • Demonstrate your confidence on them.

Employer must positively encourage their employee by demontrating confidence over them.

  • Recognise great work

Great work must be recognised and should be praised in ffice. This will make employee to be more productive.

  • Give small, measurable goals to achieve.
  • Keep healthy food around workplace

Employer must keep healthy atmosphere near the office. Good foods must be available to the employees at office hours. This will make them refreshment and healthy too.

  • Flexible schedules or less working hours.

Employees must be given less working hours. This is to make them fit all the times. More working hours make them sleepy. Less working hour is enough for good production.
