Health is the wealth.So everyone needs to give their health more priority than anything.In earlier days also people giveore priority to health.

Income:-In the earlier days there is no money only there is barter system, method of exchange. So they do not have to pay cash instead they simply exchange their items that is equally valuable to his treatment expenditure and his work.So they simply says tgey will give something in future or now and get adequate healthcare.

Family:- We have 2 types of treatment:-1. Allopathy,2. Ayurvedic. In earlier days everyone is slightly knowledged about making their own medicines naturally for common problems like fever,headache, stomach pain,etc. So family members used to give their medicine made naturally by them and treat themselves. Like these family members helps themselves.

Community support:- People used to help each other's in olden days. If anyone get suffered all house side members give something they have to help the suffered people. Such that good relationships were maintained in the earlier days and support each other in any problem.

Self-help:- They try to be active and concentrate on any other things to forget their pain and they are strong enough to accept their situation and support themselves to be strong.
