We all are surrounded by many disease of which some are serius and some are non serius but most of them require treatment which cost the patient.treatment of some disease like cancer,Tuberculosis etc is out of the reach of normal middle class patient.initiagives must be taken to reduce the cost.it requires a perfect collaboration between the government,public and private health sector,Doctors,pharmaceutical compnies ,laboratries and yes the patient itself.all of them must take initiative to reduce the cost of treatment.use of genreic medicine should be encouraged.Government is also.playing role like in TB thier Is goal to achieve zero cost of treatment by 2035.

Disease outbreaks are usually caused by infection,person to person transmission ,animal to person or from.the environment or.other media.outbreaks may also.occur due to chemicals and Radioactive materials.Both of them Natural disater or disease outbreaks involve large number of indivisual and are really difficult to tackle.we must take initiative before it happens.proper disaster management plan should be available.measures to prevent disease outbreaks should be promoted.it involves collaboration of the government,medical persnalpe and normal.people of the society.
