1. Accepting their mistakes- The first thing the management of Woolworths can do is to accept their mistake. The management should publically accept that they had done wrong with their employees. They should apologise to the employees as well as their customers for their unethical act.

2. Payment of money due - The management after apologizing to employees and customers must pay the amount due to each employee. The payment can be paid immediately to the employees.

3. Not to do again - The management should not do this unethical practice again in near future. The management give assurance to their customers and employees not to do it again.

4. Recruitment of employees - The management should recruit the employees who leaves the employment due to this unethical behaviour of the management.

5. Payment of bonus - The management should pay bonus to employees to whom they had done fraud by unethical practice.
