You are planning to introduce the vaccine for HSRS (High Severity Respiratory Virus) into the Pyrexia community. This vaccine has been trialled in a communicable disease research facility in the United States and initial studies have shown that it has a high degree of vaccine efficacy (>90%).
Provide TWO possible reasons why this level of vaccine efficacy may not be achieved for the vaccination program that you are planning to implement in the Pyrexia community.
Two possible reasons are following:-
01
Pyrexia means a temperature above normal range due increase in body temperature points so at that time cytokines induced upwards which enhances immune function and inhibit pathogen growth it's a normal mechanism which body done normally .
But at that time we give a high efficacy vaccine it also increase temperature of body because vaccine artificially makes antibody in body how ever normal mechanism of body supress and it will leads to a fibrle illness and allergic reaction.
02:-
Normally body already works to make antibody by increasing thermoregulation centre activities.
if we given a high efficacy vaccine to a individual who have already fever in leads to disturbances in making antibodies. And individual normal mechanism of antibodies should be compromised with vaccines it will leads to immunosuppressive in future which may cause a severe diseases .
