Social discrimination of coronory heart disease are largely found outside the healthcare and preventative health care systems. On viewind in biological and epidemical perspective the intervention as early in life is desirable in order to prevent coronory heart disease.Social discriminants of coronary heart disease can be seen in various fields i.e in work, unemployment and job instability for them, social isolation which considerably increased risk of death due to myocardinal infraction, geographical location, discrimination and ethnicity, lot of traditional risk factors, problems in healthcare system,It is better to make them awared about these diseases , causes and treatments from infancy in areas prone to such diseases because it really difficult to follow in adult age.

The prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease is complex. Six principal policy models of these diseases are coronary heart disease policy model, epidemiological model, bridge model, disease history model, cardiovascular life expectancy model, impact CHD mortality model,GBD model, When assesing the implications of model one should cosider the system being modelled, model structue and elements included its structure, mortality and risk factors.CHD model offers a potentionally valuable tool for policy development.Leading international and national NGOs and proffesionals related to cvd should work together to advocate for chronic disease as funding priority by raising awarness, engaging media, highlighting importance of translating research into effective individual and population level inteventions.
