Maintenance of health is an important part in the global level. Deviation from the normal health leads to development of the disease condition. Some of the disease conditions are prioritized in the global level. The prioritizing the health issues are because of the more incidence rate and more risk to get to the people in the global. This prioritization help people to identify the health issue on time, give treatment, identify the risk people and prevent from the particular health issues.

The different group of actors that need to involve in these health issues are health care workers, politician, community, NGO's, commercial companies, various health organization, etc.

Health care workers play a higher role as compare to other. They involve in performing many researches and identify the risks factor, incidence rate, treatment, giving awareness regarding the prevention of health issues.

Politician act a role of providing the fund for organising various awareness program for the community or in the global level.

Community people are the main people to attend the awardness program, follow the stretegies set by the health care workers or health organisation to prevent themself from the health issues.

Various NGO's and the health organisation performed many research to identify the incidence of the prioritized health issues and desseminate the information to the global level. Also to organize many program related to health and provide many health related services.
