GLOBAL ISSUES CONFRONTING WOMEN : Women plays a major role in the development of family,she is the most dedicated and hardworking person in the family.Since from her childhood she wa is raised by compromising o n so many things.It could be anything like education,equal rights,freedom of speech and employement etc.,.When we discuss globally there are so many countries still women are treated as slaves and stops to kitchen.She never have a social and ecomonic freedom to achieve her goals.
GENERAL PROCESS FOR SELECTING THE EXPATRIATES : There are so many issues in this organizational tranformation world due to economic and market globalization. The selection process includes
Psychometric tests : This is one of the important test that are used by most of the organizations to test the expatriates,especially they are selecting for MNC's they will conduct this test for the employee. By conducting this test they can take the decisions based on the psycological feeling of an employee,based on that they will atke the decision.
Technical ability : Techinical ability always a good factor to decide whether can employee needs to be servived globally are not. This is the most comman test for an employee to decide the employee skills and work knowledge.
Stability : Along with skills employee stability is also matters,organizations spend a lot for their trainings,accomodation and allovances to send the employees for other countries. In that cases employee stability will considered.
iMPORTANCE OF PRE-MOVE ORIENTATION AND TRAINING FOR EXPATRIATES :
There are so many things that needs to be followed by the organization in moving an employee to other work locations or countries.
Orientaion will make them understand on work environments and complete knowledge on facilities and policies needs to be followed.In orientaions they will get the information about the place and areas where they are moving to work.
Policies and rules that they are adhere to when an employee is working in other contries. Adopt the changed environment and culture will definently act a plus sign for the employee and organization.
Through Pre- Orientation mettings they can communicate the information about the work and time that is given to finish the task with in the given time, to meet their goals.
Trainings include everything when an employee is moving to other location, They should have complete information on where they are moving what is the work environment and culture.
The employees who are relocating needs to be trained on the work whcih he needs to deliver, all trainings should be given by the trainers who are already have complete knowlege on the contry.
ORGANIZATION SHOULD THINK GLOBALLY BUT ACT LOCALLY : Every organization interms of work and culture have they to think globally. Every organization will train its employees to get the best skills that helps them to act globally. But when it comes to work enviraonment they will apply what is required and when to act based on the issue.
Companies are growing globally and their policies and rules should understand by the audience.There are external and internal audience wants to know how the company is behaving in the country.
Global thinking helps to create a unified organization and stronge sense of purpose which helps them to adopt the corporate values and local markets that will increase the impact on the organization.
Global thinking will help to resolve any kind of issues that they face but ofcourse they act as per that issue.
