1.Anemia refers to low level of hemoglobin in the blood. The common clinical findings in anemia are

  • CNS:light headedness,dizziness ,headache ,drowsy ,poor concentration and attention
  • CVS: tachycardia ,palpitations
  • integumentary : paleness , dry skin , flaky brittle nails and hairs, pruritis ,koilonychia
  • Respiratory :breathing difficulty
  • GIT:loss of appetite ,Pica,sore throat, mouth ulcer ,angular cheilitis
  • General :lack of energy ,extreme fatigue ,difficulty in sleeping ,cramps .
