High sodium and low potassium can increase the risk of hypertension. Excess potassium intake can decrease the risk of hypertension.
Ans.2) Heparin is a anticoagulant drug given in the fat layer of abdomen to prevent deep thrombosis. Heparin shot is prepared and given slowly. It make cause blood leaking at the site of injection. It can be prevented by pressing the site by cotton plug but do not rub.
