-Why should employees organizing a union be open about it and not hide it from the employers?
- Why is publicity important for employees forming a union?

Employees join unions because of their dissatisfaction with how management treats employees and a belief that the union can make conditions in the workplace better. Union members earn better wages and benefits than workers who aren't union members. Union members earn better wages and benefits than workers who aren't union members.
Publicity important for employees forming a union because Union members work together to bargain better working conditions. We provide checks and balances to employers' constant desire to raise profits, often denying employees a proper work/life balance in the process.
2. Money: By bargaining together, unionized employees tend to receive better wages than non-union workers.
Labor unions protect the rights of workers in specific industries. Employees pay dues to the national union. In return, the labor union acts as an advocate on the employees' behalf. The National Labor Relations Act, also known as the Wagner Act, guarantees private sector employees the right to form labor unions.
