No, I believe that social media is a personal way of expressing thoughts or anything and individuals should not be evaluated based on what they post in social media. Although social media is a public forum and employees should keep themselves aloof from posting anything regarding the organization or represent the organization in way. If such violations are exhibited, then the organization may take steps accordingly regarding the same as well.
