⦁   In your own words, explain how organisation and legal complaints processes impact your work as a support worker in aged care.

Support Care worker in a aged care help to assist in health and well-being of aged populations .The activities include assist their daily living activities like dressing ,bathing, washing etc, communicate patient with their health plan, act as a friend, companions and emotional supporter,go for shopping and outing. This is the responsibility of the support worker to enhance over all well-being of older aged people.

The organizational or legal complaints also aim to improve over all well being of aged populations . This complains in aged care centre is under the control of aged care act 1997,this complaints raised from dissatisfaction among Patient .

In my opinions the complaints system positively or negatively affecting the work of support Care worker. In positive manner they can identify the mistakes from this complaints and try to clarify and eliminate further more. This will help to improve the over all performance of support Care worker and also improve patient satisfaction.

In negative aspects the after effects will impair the function of support Care staffs and they may undergo emotional distress. This will further decrease overall performance.
