Observation /Outpatient status - conditions which need immediate care such as pain , transient ischemic attack , poisioning is treated in it and monitoring done to check for need of inpatient admission

4) Inpatient admission status - In inpatient ,patient is mainly admitted from outpatient referal as some patient comes to outpatient need routine checkup ( thus not inpatient to outpatient occur infact from outpatient to inpatient may occur)

Outpatient admission status is mainly based on immediate care and patient from outpatient to inpatient admission by referring to different department of inpatient /ward

5) Inpatient admission status - have orientation of patient with nurse , develop nurse patient relationship ,daily basis monitoring of sign and symptoms, complications and thus called as rountine treatment

Observation /Outpatient admission status - as it need immediate treatment thus focused on assessment of patient condition , required medical examination to diagnose such as Xray ECG etc , only focused on treatment of chief complaints with which patient present thus it is considered as Emergency treatment , though bed for few hours or 1 night can be provided for monitoring for need of inpatient admission.

6) Inpatient admission is mainly in specific area of which disease treatment needed such as neurology ward , medicine ward for particular disease condition

Observation /Outpatient admission - in it admission to all kind of patient needing immediate care or monitoring is done at one place though the rooms can vary such as medicine , surgery but the building is same unlike inpatient admission.
