Suggest a treatment plan for rheumatoid arthritis
Rheumatoid Arthritis ;-
it is a autoimmune disease many joints in our body ,including those in the hands and feet .
Signs and symptoms ;-
-pain in joints.back and muscles
-stiffness,swelling ,weakness and tenderness
-fatigue,malaise ,and anaemia in whole body
-sensation of pins and needles
-bumb on finger
-swelling on hands
-dry mouth
-physical deformity

-explain about energy conservation techniques to reduce fatigue like pacing ,deligating etc
-assess emotional and physical factors that can leads to fatigue
-promote to adherence to treatment programmes
-encourage adequate nutrition ,iron suppliement and minerals
-assist to identify environmental barriers of mobility
-assist and support them to maintain adequate mobility
-assist need for occupatiobal and physical consultation
-initiate refferal to community health agenciy.
