Using Basic dosage calculation , =desired dose(D)/ Dose In Hand (H)* volume (V)

D= 12 mg, H=50 mg / vial 1 ml = 10 mg , 50 mg is 5 ml

So the Volume is V= 5ml

apply the values on equation, = 12mg / 50 mg *5 ml

=0.24 mg*5 ml

= 1.2 ml
