Now a days most important pandemic that we face is covid19.This pandemic may be stressful for the people.Fear and anxiety about a new disease and what could happen can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adult and children.Public health actions such as social distancing,ca c make people feel isolated and lonely and can increase stress and anxiety.However these actions are necessary to reduce the spread of covid19.Copind with stress in healthy way will make you , the people you care about and your community stronger.

Strss during an infectious disease outbreak can sometimes cause the following

fear or worry about your own health and the health of your loved ones, your financial situation or job or loss of support services you rely on.

Changes in sleep or eating patterns.

Difficulty sleeping or concentrating

Worsening of chronic health conditions

Increased use of alcohol and other substances.

The year 2020 has not had a good run so far and the covid19 pandemic is largely to blame.As major economic powers around the world struggle to curtail its spread, the global economy stares at a recession that's worse than even 2008.

India had entered the 21days lock down announced by PM in march 24.The central and state governments are still engaged in discussion on the spread of corona.As India tries to do best way to deal with covid 19,it will be interesting to see the policy choice made by different countries around the world to deal with pandemic.
