This is going to be a subjective answer because it is a subjective question. Things which are normal for us can be unnatural for others. In other words, natural and unnatural are just our perceptions. According to me there is no question of normal or unnatural as long as it is working for you and it doesn't harm any other being on this Earth. However there can be a possible general explanation.
Well it is an irony of human society that we call things natural but when we make harmful or destructive things out of those natural things we don’t call or consider them unnatural. The Coke we consume contains natural ingredients but not healthy for us at all, the nuclear but which uses Uranium which is a natural element destroys a multitude of lives. Certainly these ingredients and metal are natural or inert until we use them for destructive purposes.
According to me, in society if something or someone works according to society it is called natural, normal and moral but the moment you breach, challenge, or change any societal norms they would start calling you abnormal or unnatural. Having said that to some extent it is true that ‘natural’ is just something we call things or people we like and unnatural things we do not like or people who don't follow our ideas, beliefs or us. We want to define normal or natural according to our own needs, desires, hidden purposes, and conditioning. Anything which doesn’t synchronize with our beliefs or truth is bound to be called unnatural in the beginning. And this is not only limited to an individual but also true for group, city or country. According to Aristotle, if someone does something according to his or her best capability and attribute of the soul then it is natural and good. According to Aristotle, if someone or something behaves or acts correctly and beneficially then it is natural.
