You don't feel comfortable doing this because you like your job. You would like to make more money, but you do not want to upset anyone and loose your job. On top of this situation, there is a new client coming in with a big project to be completed in three days. What would be your decision in this case? What are the advantages and/or disadvantages or both to your decision. Explain in at least 200 words.

SOLUTION:-

EXPLANATION:

* In the present scenario I would for now not accompany my fellow employee in complaining for the rise in money according to the work load. The reason for my decision is that there is a big project coming up in three days and my complain today about the hike in work load could affect my performance in that project as the employers perception may change towards me due to that project, at the present I would wait for the big project to end because may be it could bring a change in the amount of work load and the employers looking at the performance would themselves suggest a hike in the salary. Hence its simple at present that patience is the key that we need to follow and focus on the work rather than troubling with the employers and upsetting the employers at the time of the arrival of a big project in the next three days. My decision can serve as an advantage for me in the future times according to me if I am able to impress the employers with my work and they see a capability inside me of handling the work load well this would result in hike in my salary in future times which will be a benefit for me.
