Conflicts can occur in any team environment. While business analysis doesn't appear to include conflict management, it must. Describe your current method(s) for resolving conflict. Is it effective? How so? Ineffective? Why?

Conflict is a very commonn situation in organisations. Conflict can happen by any means, could happen if the two employees have different thinking structure or or application of the work for both of the employees are different. Increase in power as well as imbalance inside the organisation could also cause conflict.

For mitigating the conflict, proper conflict management I always look into following factors. and they are extremely effective.

Some Strategies for implementation of the conflict management in the organisation are as follows.

Accommodating

Accommodating can be defined as an strategy in which preferences of the opposite side is asked. By asking the specific differences and need of the other party, conflict can be easily resolved or a middle path can be obtained by the specific accommodation. This type of conflict management provides effective resolution and helps in reducing stress inside the organisational structure.

Avoidance

Risk avoidance can be defined process of neglecting the risk to enter the management process which has a certain situations. Avoidance is not always possible as it has so many limitations when you cannot used between entering of a factor into your system. Risk avoidance can lead you to give up some of the important advantages, but in some conditions risk avoidance plays a very important role in avoiding excess liabilities and risk.
Avoidance in also very important in effect of reducing the number of Total error in a management system. By limiting the number of incidents which are bad for the organisation health risk avoiding system can increase the overall efficiency and save management programs from the external as well as internal threads.
It is not possible or practical for a firm to avoid all the potential losses as there are always some external factors which come into a management or a job process which are totally unavoidable. Even after applying the avoidance all the risk management program one cannot just exclude all the external factors which are affecting the program. Hence, practically it is not possible for a firm to avoid all the potential losses in a project

Collaboration

Collaborating different works and ideas of different people in the organisation which directly leads to a creative solution which is accepted by everyone is also a very good strategy to resolve conflict organisation. Most of the times managerial departments work with business owner to establish the specific policies in collaboration which directly reduces the risk of conflict and also improve the efficiency of the organisation.

Compromising

Compromising can be defined as a situation in which both of the parties involved in the conflict gives out some part of their total elements in their position to establish acceptable as well as agreeable solution. This type of strategy is mostly used when the conflict arises between the two authorities of the same power.

Competing

Computing is a very less used strategy as it directly based on the win lose strategy. It basically works best on the Limited number of conflicts inside an organisation, an example would be some emergency situation in which the conflicts arise into the organisation such as layoffs.


By applying these strategies into the organisational structure, a company can easily increase the level of conflict resolution. These conflict management strategies are very effective if they are applied properly according to the situation and provide extensive support to the overall structure of the organisation.
Kant's categorical imperative

Kant's categorical imperative is based on doing right without thinking about the consequences. In this type of a specific ethical thinking decision is taking by keeping a mass in the mind. It does not possess any kind of bias for any specific individual. It directly reduces the overall number of ethical misuses and also built the moral courage but it cannot be used in each and every situation and most of the times competing obligations arise.

Rawls justice as fairness

This type of ethical perspective provides equality and believes in the equal opportunity principle which also helps in creating a differential principle while providing support to the owner principle of an individual. It is based on equally distributing the social benefits to each and every person in the society. It reduces the overall tension between individual freedom as well as Social justice and it is very helpful in reducing this kind of scenario. Though it can be interpreted in so many other ways and different definitions can be obtained.

Communitarianism

In this type of ethical perspective, and specific individual is the greatest. His specific thinking is directly put on the other followers rather than having a look at the individual rights. It recognises the social basis of morality and also increases the level of participation as well as number of dialogues. Individual rights are mostly deprived in this type of ethical perspective.

Altruism

Alteration can be defined as a ethical perspective in which we should help others in each and every condition without expecting anything in return. It promotes very healthy relationships and also Lays foundation for a very high moral character. Do it has some limitations and also it is seen that it extends to the very close individuals and most of the times this kindness create troubles as the person who gets the help uses it for wrong means.
