2) Civil law deals with behavior that constitutes an injury to an individual or other private party, such as a corporation . E.g defamation , property damage.

3) Battery : Battery is the intentional touching or use of force by one person to another person to cause injury or to touch. E.g punch

4) Defensive Medicine :  refers to the practice of recommending a diagnostic test or medical treatment that is not necessarily the best option for the patient, but an option that mainly serves the function to protect the physician against the patient as potential plaintiff.
