Course: The U.S. Health Care System
While the US healthcare system represents around $3.5 trillion in annual spending and is the largest single sector of the overall economy, it also sits inside larger "macro trends" that help define the landscape of jobs. Factors to consider: globalization, the state of the general economy, the rapid pace of innovation, digitalization of medicine and genomic technology, and demographics of the U.S. population (e,g, aging population, and higher healthcare utilization) and changing values and beliefs.
Question: So what do you think? What human resources needs are you likely to be encountering – and managing -- in ten or so years?
All these factors (globalization ,the state of general economy,the rapid peace of innovations figitalizaion of medicines and genomic technology ) affect the health care system in U.S. or elsewhere.Globalization are simultaneously positive and negative,varying according to sex,age, education level and socioecoomic status.Globalization enhance transportation technologies, over usage of fat foods, alcoholic habits etc.Innovations are always a part of healthcare systems .Advantages like finding new drugs,vaccinations,newly developing life saving equipmets.Science and technology growing day by day for to help nation, health care system,and improving the standards of life style.Now a days digitalization is working everywhere in health care system eg. registration ,billing section,diagnosis orders. Lab section.Digitalization,rapid innovations are improving the health care system .Giving life expectancy more with safe.Everyone should receive standards of health care that is now in finger tip.
