a) Mentoring is very important in nursing practice ,there are alot of examples of mentors who have enhanced your learning . Strategies mentors are taken as example as they can help the nurses which are inexperenced and new in their field , they can help them by improving their skills and confidence by providing them coaching , teaching , counselling , advocating and provide support to them . These mentors can provide their experiences of clinical practice and provide them guidence .

b) There are different types of methods that are utilized by mentors to improve the education experiences . As in educational experiences the mentors use the power of their  reflecting and analysing discussion to improve the educational experiences. The mentor utilized different methods like ,

1. by providing  Provide career exploration - The mentor can help the student by define their possibilities of career goals and provide them the possible network opportunities  that can help in their education .
2. By improve social skills- Mentors help the students to develop the communication skills so that they can manage and deal each and every situations .
3. By Support Their academic activities: Sometime mentor can help them in their acadmics in unfavrouble circumstances .
4. By Bolsting their  self-esteem: Mentor can realize the students to believe themselves and explore their opportunities .

By utilizing the above methods the mentor can help in education as well as in their professonal life too .

c) Mentoring has the great role and impact in nursing , as a nurse mentor can help in the medication changes and the reasons of variation in those doses . The mentors keep aware of all the clinical practices and polices to guide the mentee with the system . Mentor can provide the managment advice and tell how to manage these and this is very important aspect of the nursuing . This mentorship helps in improving the relation of patient and nurse both . The patient and mentee ask   to the mentor regardingthe nursing etiquette which is used to facilitate his acclimation to workplace,and addressing the concerns of mentee that how to approach their manager in contrast  to the changing patient assignment or schedules etc .

Overall mentorship help to create a bond between the nurse and patient , it can enhancethat  the experienced nurse help the inexperienced  nurse to get her an actual idea of working .
