Identify three nursing leadership careers. Explain if any of these careers interest you, and if so, how you hope to achieve that role in the future. What is the key to career advancement?

The following are the three nursing leadership careers:

1. Nursing manager

2. Care coordinator

3. Nursing director

Among the mention 3 nursing careers in leadership I find the role of care coordinator in nursing at a medical facility to be more interesting career choice to be successful in the future. The role of a care coordinator involves formulating policies and helping develop strategies for the patient care and overall nursing care plans which can helpbetterment the treatment. The role of care coordinator is a very robust and innovative way in generating policies and drafting the framework of novel nursing care policies as well as treatment methods which can be helpful and be implemented in the organisation to improve the quality the and care of the patients. the role as a care coordinator helps to manage multiple department and studying multiple department in order to understand the requirement and formulate policies and solve the critical problem which can help in improving quality as well as reduce the work of the nurses and helping them work effectively in the same time while delivering higher output and managing the workload with quality care and treatment.

In future I hope to achieve that role by working on the knowledge base and working at all nursing station so that I can identify the problems in day to day activities and also simultaneously studying the policies of the institution and identifying the key problems between the policies and the implemented practice and helping to provide critical inputs to bridge the gaps while streamlining the workflow and help improve the efficiency while maintaining the quality and delivering high output. By being more genuine and providing critical solutions to the problem around I can help and work towards the career of a care coordinator at achieve success and the role that I want for.

Key to career advancement is not only getting there but having all the equipments knowledge and the fortitude to solve the problem which we face with a sustainable and effective solution so that we do not compromise on the care quality and also take care of the responsibility of the employees while delivering better treatment. In my view the career betterment can be achieved by working harder towards a goal and upskilling so as to be relevant in the current changing paradigm as well asformulate into a job and career advancement.
