a) Interaction between particles is described by exchange of virtual bosons. The range of interaction is inversely proportional to the rest mass of these exchange bosons. Explain using diagrams why the force responsible for binding nucleons into nucleus has a range of ~10-15 m, even though the rest mass of the exchange gluons is zero.

b) Using appropriate Feynman diagrams for the electromagnetic interaction between two electrons, as well as for the strong interaction between quarks and gluons, contrast the electromagnetic and strong interaction at large distances. Using these arguments, explain why quarks are confined into hadrons.

Business involves the interaction of individuals and individual organizations for the exchange of products, services, and capital through markets. The global capital markets are critical for the conduct of this exchange. The authors suggest that one way to characterize the global financial marketplace is through its assets, institutions, and linkages. Explain how each of the three dimensions characterize the global financial marketplace?

Describe problematic issues associated with emotions during virtual team interaction. Within your description involve: 1) the concepts related to perceiving negative emotions: neutrality and negativity bias, how one recognizes negative emotions by what isn’t said. 2) the phenomenon of mirroring emotions when engaged in a virtual dialogue.
