D= For how much time illness lasted

P= for 3 years

D= what treatment was taken by you

P= antidepressant and cognitive behavioral therapy cbt

D= did you take any electroconvulsive therapy

P= no sir, no ECT

D= did u get any injury during your disease process

P= yes I suffered from a fracture in the arm due to fainting attack

D= Are u taking that medicine right now

P= no sir, it was for only three years

Family history fh

D= any other family member suffered from depression like grandfather grand mother

P= no sir there was no significant family history related to depression
