Dialogue between the pharmacist and doctor. Doctor is showing aggressive behaviour to pharmacist for a medication error that occured due to bad handwriting of doctor.

A patient got admitted with convulsions for a medication prescribed by the doctor

Doctor: I have written and given a prescription with patient and you have given a wrong medicine.

Pharmacist: It will not happen.I am always giving here the prescribed medicine only.

Doctor: I have prescribed Duodil for a patient and you have given Daonil to the patient

Pharmacist: Give me the prescription, let me check i

Doctor: Duodil is an analgesic and Daonil is an antidiabetic medicine.

Pharmacist: its the problem with your handwriting and see what you have written its readable as Daonil only

Doctor: The patient had a fall in blood sugar and that caused sudden episode of continous seizures and yiu are responsible for this

Pharmacist : Sir try to understand, its not my mistake and its the problem with your handwriting.

Doctor: I wont agree and I dont want to talk with you i am going to file a case againist you.

Pharmacist: calm down and think, then act accordingly. I am giving correct medicines and am not responsible for this problem.
