what does power, in negotiations, mean to you?
Power in negotiation for me is the ability to influence the other party to behave in a certain way. Also power refers to the role, confidence, lack of dependence and charisma one has during the negotiation process. People who seem to have high powers will not accept offers which does not appeal to them. They have advantage of more bargaining. One can gain power through enough preparation and practice.
