Answer- I think grant proposal is the best format because it is a formal and well established proposal that gets the work done. This proposal is sent to the government and this proposal gives a view of the project, and illustrates the budgetary requirement and asks for monetary assistance in the form of grants. This proposal is a very transparent means of asking for grants.

There are following parts of a grant proposal which makes sure that the proposal becomes transparent and legit in acquiring funds.

1) First part is abstract which gives a crisp and brief idea about the project.

2) Second part is needs statement which tells us about the problem that our proposal will address.

3) Third part is project description which describes the purpose of the project in detail.

4) Fourth part is goal which describes the proposed outcome of the project and the goal of the project.

5) Fifth part is action plan which tells us about the step by step activities that must be done to achieve the objectives.

6) Sixth part tells us about the evaluation and how the acts will be evaluated.

7) Last part is budget which tells how the acquired money will be used and its worth.
