The caregivers are the skeleton of home care nursing and they provide psychological support and care to the geriatric population and people with debilitating disorders that require support.

The evident shortcomings of caregivers and the increase in people with chronic illnesses that should be rather rehabilitated at their homes due to the overwhelming requirements of bed and other facilities in a hospital set up and also to ensure more comfortable care at their homes, we decided to teach and hire people into care giving.

· Financial constraints- product and activity training for the caregivers and help them raise money and a percentage of amount contributed for the cause on monthly basis
