· Hiring teachers for providing training to caregivers

· To provide care for the debilitated patients from the poor background- free of cost
· To provide certificate training to caregivers
The training will be provided to:
· People with aptitude and interest in the field of care giving

The caregivers will work on a contract for five years
· Scholarship for the people requiring higher education at the end of five year service
· Service amount if they decide to quit after completion of five year service

Identifying and creating potential caregivers
· Campaign in a targeted place- underprivileged
· Advertising the benefits for the caregivers
· Visiting community hospitals and active search of people willing for care giving service
Size
· The goal is to help out at least 100 families in need of care, with patients having debilitating disorders
· One to one care for the patients at the comfort of their home
· So 100 caregivers will work round the clock
· Monthly recruitment depending on the need of the patients and the interest from new caregivers
Overcoming obstacles
· Fall out before the completion of contract period - hiring on a periodic basis to fix the deficit
· Increase in people needing care - hire caregiver on a temporary basis
· Financial constraints- product and activity training for the caregivers and help them raise money and a percentage of amount contributed for the cause on monthly basis
