What is a mistyped loci ? What does that mean?
The mistyped loci is when the loci of a particular gene or marker is mistyped or mistaken to be somewhere else in a different position in a position. when the position of a particular gene is typed to be somewhere else apart from its actual area, it is deemed as the mistyped loci. This leads to confusion in regards to the position of the genetic marker and hence can cause trouble in genetic sequencing
