Solutions

Expert Solution

Stating their action steps is good ; and every should make it as an habit of explaining their own way of action steps when an group discussion is going on.But the feedback from group is the most important factor which palys an key role in the critical situations .

When i come across the situation where one of my team member puts his plan of action without taking feedback; firstly I try to understand the situation; time and severity of it . How sensitive the situation is valued ; like this i enquires some of these factors and act accordingly. Simply making argument and just going into war is not all fine . Try to sort out the situation as simplified as .

Feedback provides vital role on regular basis as it gives support and motivate people ; by actively participating in feedback process nurses can understand how important their job is .Timing of feedback should also be considered .Feedback helps to make the job quicker and effective ; less time more perfection; easy way of problem solving

Finally i just go through all the factors like emergency; time ; availability of team members; our ultimate goal like saving patient and act accordingly .
