There is no point in coordinating at European Union level the action taken by Member States in relation to the coronavirus pandemic because of following actions which are taken by European union:

  • At starting when Corona virus was not that widely spread they have not issued any common guidelines to restrict air travels from affected countries mostly China.
  • Even lockdown in respective country was imposed too late once it spread to most part of the Europe because of which Europe was most affected after America from Corona Virus.
  • World Health Organization was also unable to do their job and as a member of WHO European Union didn't pressurise WHO enough to reach to the root cause from where it got orginated that may have helped in erdicating the issue.
  • Even when it came to providing financial aid to member European union nation for so many days there were fight among the member nations how the portions will be divided among the countries.
  • European Union didn't even take stance to ask firmly with China to let international agencies do the investigation about origination of the virus and finding the parent strend of the virus that could have helped in finding the cure easily.
  • Even in the meeting which was held to handle corona virus pendamic, they modified the statement about the nation because of which it caused on external pressure.
