Nurse is a skilled professional who care about the patient.Nursing care are the treatments and medication which are given to reduce the patient's pain, symptoms and improve the quality of health . According to me nursing care didn't deteriorate with time.Nursing job is a service oriented job. Nurse have commitments to the patient's and they have to provide quality care irrespective of the time.In nursing profession continuous care of the patient is the important duty of the nurse .

Novice nurse is a nurse with little experience in her work.Novice nurse have less knowledge, professional skills compared to a experienced nurse . According to the adaptation theory ,a person is in constant interactions with the environment and adapt according to the environment.Adapation model has six steps in nursing process.Firstly they have to assess patient behavior.Secondly they have to address the complaints of patients.Thirdly diagnose the patient.Fourthly methods and goals to improve patient's health . Next we have to take necessary action and finally evaluate the situation Novice nurse can adapt to an experienced nurse when she responds positively to the environment.

Peaceful end of life theory helps the people to reduce the pain, discomfort and makes the life happy during the last days of the life.Nurses can provide care, reduce the anxiety and pain in terminally illed people.The main goal of this theory is to reduce pain and discomfort of the patient,being at peace and to improve the quality of life in dying patients.

Florence Nightingale is known as mother of nursing.Her theory is based on patient care.According to this theory nursing is a calling.This theory focuses on the care and relationship between the patient and the nurse.Nurse have to utilize the environment of the patient and improve the quality of health of the patient.
