In the current world, there are many types of technology available for hospital settings and the amount of medical errors are not countable.Errors in hospital settings are not new in health care organizations.

This issue can be solved by organisational governance.It means having leadership.many times due to poor leadership in the organisation it become hard to get all the staff together and work as a team.ghoti recipes needed to have a successful treatment on client without having medical error. Social responsibility from hospital staff is important to provide care without causing medical errors.

healthcare organisation should try to find the resources that can help their organisation to reduce medical errors. Most important resources locating and financial backup. In many of the cause of decisions and induces making medical errors because of the the lack of good hospital equipments. The lack of sufficient medical staff and nurses are also a reason for some medical errors because of low quality service.This shortage of staff can be maintained by a good leadership and hospital management.
