Sources of law in United States

Every countries have their own source of law. United State have their own sources of law. Law are the set of rules that followed for societal well being. There are mainly four sources of law that are constitutional law, federal and state statutory law, administrative law and case law

1)constitutinal law

These are the fundamental source of law. This law help the government to function properly .the constitution is a chart that contain several rules for well functioning of a government. The constitution law mainly focused on the liberty of each individual. There are three article article 1,describe the structure and power of congress,article 2 describe the executive branch of government and articles 3 describing the

2)federal and state Statutory law judicial power of the federal court .

The federal and state statutory law or Statutory law is enacted in the state only and it is for the regulation and functioning of the state. Statutory law formulate by state congress is applied to all state. Administrative law is rules established by federal or state administrative agency. This rule provide how the law will be enforced and examples of agency include internal revenue services and environmental protection agency .this law are making by two type informal and formal .in informal the public can participate in rule making and contribute their opinion and formal law making is act enacted by agency.

4)case law

Case law is also known as common law,in which the court decide the law. For example file a case regarding business issue the court decide law regarding the incident in a traditional manner.
