1). Investment in IT Health Care :-

U.S health care system can rely on more frugal innovation or we can say good products that are economically feasible and not technically inferior as well .
For example:- A report from science states that the investment in IT health care such revenue cycle management software has been proven to reduce the operational costs. The usage of financial management system is associated with lower hospitals operating expenses.

2).. Health care regulatory changes :-

It can affect healthcare institute in two ways

a). It takes up the cost of healthcare services.

b) It creates confusion among general populations

Which is required to be noticed in a precise and proper manner to avoid law suits .

Timeline modification in healthcare law and regulations is necessary but the problem is that companies are often not read to adress the challenges that they brings.

For example:- U.S.A administration is now working on regulating medicare and mediciad eligibile healthcare providers. Resreach revels that these laws and regulations in healthcare industry will burden on the health care providers to meet new reporting requirements and comply with a range of revised stranded that are (HIPPA ), CMS , JCHO

According to latest data there is shortage of 1lakh healthcare providers in U.S.A upto 2025 to 2030 .

Due to technology like telemedicine , telehealth, remote patients diagnosis can improve access to health care even in rural areas.

According to Bureau of labor statistics 2.5 lakh RNs are needed upto 2025 .

So the influx of technology in healthcare industry completely changed the way of training and education is imparted in the health care sector.

A shifting from traditional clinical interviews with a focus on acute illnesses to involving a better staff communication can be seen which is a good sign in terms of professional development and efficient healthcare shortages may solve.
