Introduction about e-Health: Globally, every country want to be adopt this new virtual digital or telecommunication to serve the suffering one, this e- health system more useful for remote and developing countries mainly where high density population.

Instruments and Individuals: To get success like this program is done by the various systems and personal.

- Good communication systems,

- Information technology support systems,

- Diagnostics support like Laboratory or radiology ,

- Primary care physician, Nurses and technicians.

Role of Nurse in e health: 1. The nurses play a vital role in e health that collecting data, measuring of vitals and assess the client and do interventions,

2. They preserve the data as Electronic health records,

3. Anticipate the situation and report immediately to primary care physician,

4. They can communicate between physician and client or their family members about the severity or prognosis of the condition,

5. They should be thorough about IT management and utilisation of available instruments as per needed,

6. They can give requisitions about Laboratory or radiological or other investigations and upload the report in the mode of electronic health records,

7. Collect the information from healthcare physician and explain about medication or procedures,

8. They can do appropriate interventions as per guidelines of institution or organisation ,

9. They has to be learn about computers in the form of software or hardware applications when it required,

10. Participate in health awareness programs by sending system generate short message service to their clients about world Heart day, cancer day etc,

11. Some times they has to arrange about physician appointment schedule,
