1Q. CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP AND ITS SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY :  

A corporate organization is a commercial organization which will operate to gain profits by selling its products and services to customers. The company develops a set of policies and strategies to meet their goals in delivering the best in terms of products and services to customers. It’s an organization which is legally recognized and shows its existence separately from its owners.

Corporate Citizenship: A corporate citizenship is a business need that treat their investors and stakeholders with moral respect to believe in their relationship. This is a policy between the stakeholder and commitment given to protect the environment.

When it comes to corporate citizens that take responsibility towards environment and other activities. There are so many companies are voluntarily concern about the environment an act accordingly.

• Most of the employees are loving to participate in these activities to help and actively organize the events as a social cause.
• Almost all corporate companies do have a social responsibility towards conducting the activities that help people as a social cause and need.
• For employees who are participating in these events and conducting the activities the company will pay for the organizations that are volunteering these events.
• Part of their profits are given to the organizations to organize and help people as a social responsibility that could be anything like orphan ages, child trafficking, women empowerment, girl child education and self employment activates to bring them up as a social responsibility of a corporate company.

• A social responsibility is important for an organization in order to maintain a good relationship with the society. As
• An organization it should carry activities in order to make profits out of it through ethical business and at the same time they have to work socially to balance both the business and social positive relationships.
• There are so many ways a corporate organization can help the society and at the same time they can increase their social status by promoting their products and services through their activities.
• They can hire the disabled candidate’s in order to help them to start their carriers and get confidence to increase their social status.
• Providing education through their employees when they have a leisure time by visiting to areas which are socially backward.
• Providing helping hands to communities who are lacking behind and helping the community members and job seekers by supporting them in getting job in corporate companies

3Q. Companies that Profit through CSR: Every corporate company is spending a lot of money to sell products and services through advertisements. It’s an old tradition of following the same concept years to make their company name more famous and their products accessible. Instead of spending entire money on making ads and other activities to increase their brand name follow the CSR methods which will use for the society and company can make more profits by reaching deep in to people mind.

• Excellent Employee relationship with society by participating the activities that causes profits to both employer and society. Today every company has their own policy as a social cause to serve the needy and help the environment.
• For employees it’s like a refreshment and social responsibility they actively participate and spend their time by conducting fun activities.
• With these activities they can know the need or requirement of people through which they can learn the customer needs and requirements that will help the organization.
• If there is a need in the society they will come forward to donate through which they can maintain a good relationship with that community.
