Expert Solution

Solution-

As being hire as research projector to investigate the issue following steps would be taken

1) Define the problem or opportunity -as customers get irritated and impatience after getting food in restaurants is the problem in this case. This is largely due to unnecessary delay in getting food product and poor management from restaurant staff.

2) Develop your marketing research plan- after identifying the problem next step is to make a plan to sort it. as customers are great assets of any restaurant and hence their satisfaction is of utmost importance so I would use a token system to reduce unnecessary delay and treat them with respect and dignity.

3) Collect data and information - I will collect information about token system it's prons and cons and make necessary modification.

4) proper analysis of data and making report of research and submission of report.

5) Finally put this report into action.
